Happy New Year! May 2011 be a healthy and peaceful year.

I finished out 2010 by clearing snow and “trying” to get the car down the street. The car moved 10’ and then spun its wheels. It took quite awhile to get it back into the cul-de-sac. It sits in the snow/ice waiting for the sun to melt enough ice to try again.

After shoveling, I was blessed to get a massage in a heated room. That came in handy since I fell on the ice and came down on my left wrist. Thankfully, no harm, no foul. The “Shamanic Dreams” cd took me into another space and time after my therapist left the room.

Being New Year’s Eve, I rose to fix a fabulous dinner. Gratitude filled me. I was so happy that I had some food in the house... YUM! It’s dwindling, but today will be the day to get to town–on foot if necessary.

So, who would have thought that we would leave Chicago/Wisconsin to deal with a blizzard in AZ? Well, that is what happens at 5,000’. It is gorgeous. Trucks off the road, snow spiders flying at the windshield and limited visibility, not so much. When we arrived home safely and I slipped into my own bed a smile crossed my face.

It was a fun and full trip home to Chicago. I did my best to see family and friends, having accomplished that by people meeting me at designated locations. A few surprises and lots of laughs. Thanks to all who shared time with me. The photos will be posted once I can get to the store and have the film developed... ya, I know, but I like film. At least I take pictures!

I ended 2010 by releasing what is not working for me. It’s hard to believe that it is 2011, but here we go. For me, 2011 will be about creating what does work in my favor. I wish you all a fantastic time exploring all that this world has to offer. Be well... Nancy T.
